How is an engagement structured?

First, we put in place a no obligation master service agreement which lays out the "legal stuff", billing terms, etc.  Once that's in place, a statement of work is developed for each engagement.  So, you know exactly what you're getting, and how much it will cost.

I just need a report, but I don't have time...can you help?

Of course! We offer fixed rate pricing on custom reports based on complexity.

Is GenaConsult a certified Workday Implementation Partner?

No.  GenaConsult is a customer-side consultant leveraging extensive Workday HR knowledge to guide clients through implementations and enhancements or providing good 'ol fashioned staff augmentation.

Where is GenaConsult located?

We are located in the northern suburbs of Chicago, IL and can support Workday customers in the East, West, and everything in between.
